A family-run French and Moroccan kitchen in Historic Kenwood. The site puts it this way: Chef Touf 'cooks the way he learned in Paris and serves the way he learned in Morocco'. Cybel began as a catering company and still is one; the permanent dining room opened in late 2024. It is BYOB at 10 dollars a bottle, tagines and couscous anchor dinner, and on Sunday mornings the room runs as Lilya's Cafe with coffee, croissants and quiche.
Over 50 St. Pete: Historic Kenwood
A neighborhood of 1920s bungalows just north of the Grand Central District. Most of it is houses, so the few rooms tucked in here are places people from the neighborhood actually use.

The Study Wine Bar & Bourbon Tasting Lounge
A veteran-owned room that calls itself St. Pete's first self-pour wine and bourbon tasting lounge. Machines dispense 32 wines and 16 bourbons in tasting, half and full pours, with small bites such as whipped feta and meatballs. Tuesday is trivia night at 7.
